Ed

Ed Libonati, Principal. Ed built a multi-award winning advertising agency, TV production and music video companies. Clients include: Revlon, Clairol, McDonalds, Kodak, Honda, Smithkline Beecham, AT&T, and most major retail chains. He was an advertising on-air consultant for CNN, commenting on advertising trends and campaigns. At the Brandloft, Ed works closely with clients to provide compelling marketing and advertising solutions. He has personally won over 50 industry awards as a director and for his creative.

Roger

Roger Chiocchi, Principal. Roger began his advertising career at Young & Rubicam. While there he managed the advertising campaigns for some of America’s best-known brands, including Jell-O, Birdseye, TWA, ATT, Bell Atlantic and Sears (“Softer Side of Sears” campaign considered one of the most successful retail branding campaigns in history). He went on to become President of Y&R subsidiary The Lord Group where he was responsible for the NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon account as well as The Sports Authority, HIP Health Plans, and Cayman Islands Tourism, among others.

Mark

Mark Baxter, Principal. Mark helps to conceive, plan, direct and budget the integrated communications programs that support and help achieve clients’ business plans and marketing objectives. He has been instrumental in positioning clients within their markets, creating innovative ways of reaching their customers, and establishing an overall identity and image that promotes their businesses. Prior to joining The Brandloft, Baxter headed his own successful communications consulting business for eight years. Clients included ABB, ALSTOM, Sprint, Ryder, CBS and others. He previously held senior communications posts at Asea Brown Boveri (ABB).

Victor

Victor DeCastro, Creative Director. For over 25 years, Victor has worked both internationally and in the USA creating ad campaigns and digital solutions for Fortune 500 companies: Citibank, DeBeers, Bacardi, Nabisco, S.C. Johnson, RJ Reynolds. HBO, Scholastic, ESPN, Toys R Us, Dun & Bradstreet, Dotcom Distribution, Starpoint and Eisner Technology. Prior to joining Brandloft, Victor worked as an Creative director/ Art Director for international ad agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, The Guild Group and Grey Advertising.

Julie

Julie Spira, social media consultant. Julie is a social media expert who was an early adopter of the Internet in the Web 1.0 world. Known for always being on the leading edge of technology, she continues to embrace the newest social networking advancements in the Web 2.0 world to aid corporations in maximizing their online presence on social and business networking platforms. Spira has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience and served as an executive of several start-up Internet and communications companies including RKO Radio Networks – the first digital-delivered satellite radio network and Executive Vice President at InterPacket Networks, a global provider of high-speed Internet via Satellite.

Meg

Meg Hogan, Account Director. With more than 15 years marketing and sales experience, Meg Hogan brings a solid background in helping clients track, manage and successfully deliver major projects. A member of The Brandloft’s Account Services team, Meg focuses on project management, production management and trafficking. Earlier, Meg held supervisory positions in the broadcast, research and entertainment industries, with companies that included ACNielsen, CBS Cable, and Group W Network Services.
